  1. Travel information
    • Our website displays information about travel, tours, packages, insurance, rental transportation, foreign currency, schedules, Travel Specials, Promotions and many other things.
    • The details of the prices, packages, tours and other information displayed on the website are guaranteed without travel restrictions pertaining to availability with reasonable notice. The travel products and services described on the website are subject to availability during peak season and Holiday seasons or special events at our resorts and hotel chains.
    • It should be noted that all documents issued to travellers are extendible and transferable. Such documents may include but are not limited to, Car rental certificates, hotel vouchers, tour vouchers, or any other document used to confirm an open dated reservation. 
    • All monies received by us from you in respect of travel services are received by us as a Travel Agent. You are responsible for obtaining all passports, visa and health information required. We will assist you to obtain such information, if needed.
    • We will do our best to provide you with as much information as we possibly can, prior to your travel. Please note that, while we are not legally obliged to advise you of all of the travel requirements and processes, we do so to ensure that your travel with us is an Unbeatable Experience. If you continue to book travel with Disney Travel USA either in our shops or through this website you acknowledge that you have been made aware this.
    • With our special annual promotion, a tour of the host resort is needed.

  2. Prices
    • All prices displayed on this website are non-negotiable and may change in the event you have not booked within the time allotted on your original terms of purchase, please consult with your travel agent if you have questions about your itinerary.
    • The prices set out on the website for special travel itineraries or promotions do not include taxes associated with your car and hotel, service fees or gratuities. Taxes, Insurance and any additional costs are the sole responsibility of the traveller.
    • Please be aware that all prices listed on this Web Site are for online purchases only and may not be matched by any Disney Travel USA corporately owned retail and corporate location. Similarly, this Web Site will not match or beat any price of the same or similar booking from any Disney Travel USA corporately owned retail and corporate location.

  3. Insurance

  4. Many travellers understand the need to have insurance; We highly recommend that you take out insurance to provide adequate cover for medical expenses, personal accident, loss of baggage and curtailment or cancellation of trip. Individuals are responsible to finance on the spot medical treatment and other contingencies, and then to reclaim this from insurance, if covered. We do not offer or provide any insurance coverage for travellers booking online or by phone. It is our responsibility to obtain your own coverage and be familiar with the insurance coverage purchased and ensure that the coverage meets your travel needs. We do not require any guest to purchase or maintain insurance to make a reservation with Disney Travel USA.

  5. Specials
    • The rules in this clause apply to "specials" displayed on our website. The site rules set out above also apply to "specials".
    • "Specials" are available for a limited time or based on seasonality. You must check with us whether a "special" displayed on our website is still available.
    • There may be particular terms and conditions that apply to "specials". You must contact us with sufficient notice to reserve and book any promotional Itinerary.
    • You must pay for "specials" booked by you online or by phone prior to Itinerary being released, unless otherwise agreed by us in writing. Failure to pay for the "special" may result in cancellation of the booking. We accept no responsibility for loss incurred due to cancellation in these circumstances.

  6. Special Requests and Medical Problems
  7. Should you have any special requests, you must advise us at the time of the booking and clearly note it on booking. We will endeavour to pass any reasonable requests to the hotels, resorts, cruise lines and car rental agencies; however, we regret that we cannot guarantee that your special request will be fulfilled. Failure to meet any special request does not signify a breach of contract on our part. We also regret that we cannot accept conditional bookings, ones that are specified to be conditional on the special request or fulfilment. All such bookings will be considered a "regular" booking with a provision of the possible accommodation of the special request. Should you or any other persons of your party travelling have a medical problem or disability which may affect your choice and pleasure of holiday, please be advised we will not be responsible to offer special treatment or medical assistance as part of our services. 
    When booking online with Disney Travel USA you will receive all documentation, check in instructions, driving directions and itinerary via E-Confirm. Your booking form once submitted with a valid email address will contain all details pertaining to your reservation details. You will receive a confirmation letter within 48 hours confirming your accommodations and this confirmation is easily formatted to be printable. If you do not have access to a printer or smart phone application we will gladly mail your confirmation and itinerary. Please request a physical package by phone or in person and we will gladly provide one or mail one directly. 

  8. Updating / Rescheduling / Cancelling Your Reservation:

  9. You may change dates up to 14 business days prior to your scheduled reservation. If you change your reservation less than 14 business days before your arrival date, restrictions apply regarding availability.We know plans change. Sometimes an emergency arises and other times, you just end up needing a more convenient date than the one you originally chose. That's why Disney Travel USA offers a flexible rescheduling policy. Please note that if you don't give us at least 14 business days’ notice, we reserve the right to change host providers. 

    To reschedule or update, email us at service@disneytravelusa.com.
    If calling after office hours or emailing, please make sure to include:
      • your name
      • your confirmation number
      • the original date of arrival and departure
      • your new date of arrival and departure


    Disney Travel USA also understands that on occasion, you can't reschedule your reserved dates and you feel you must cancel to book at a later date instead. If you would prefer to reschedule, we will gladly allow you to change locations, dates or extend travel times as needed. If you booked in person after consulting with your travel agent, Your agent may be allowed to change your itinerary at no cost on a case by case basis, unless the reservation is being made during any peak or Holiday Season.  The cancellation policy is non-negotiable and whenever a client is unable to travel as originally intended due to unforeseen circumstances and ineligible for a refund as set forth in the terms of purchase, We will continue to stand behind our services and guarantee to customize your next vacation as needed to utilize the funds paid for your future travel. We can only process reservation cancellations by phone, ((855) 291 8411) Emails are not an acceptable form of cancellation.

    PLEASE REMEMBER: No refunds will be given for no-shows, early checkouts or unused nights.
